This is Vinny! He is a 6 year old Norwich Terrier mix. He weighs 12 pounds and is full grown. He is neutered, heartworm negative, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. He is house and crate trained. He is a good with people and children, but is a bit shy and would do best with children 8 and over. He is good with other dogs. He loves to just hang out. He came from a home that had way too many dogs and he needs to find his own place. He has a collapsed trachea and is currently on a low dose of steroids and is breathing better. The vet feels he may need steroids for the rest of his life to make him comfortable breathing. Fortunately prednisone is very inexpensive. He is looking for his forever home with someone who can care for his breathing needs. He will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee will be waived for the right adopter. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
