This is Kuba! He is a 10 year old Japanese Chin. He weighs about 19 pounds and is full grown. He is neutered, micro-chipped, heart worm negative and up to date on vaccinations. He is house and crate trained. He is good with adults but probably has not been around children and would do best in a home without children or children over the age of 8. He is ok with other dogs but has some food guarding which means he would need to be seperated at meal time. He is sweet but can be timid at first. Kuba has a heart murmur that is controlled by daily medication that can be obtained for about $30 for a 3 month supply. He is considered to be a senior but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a lot of life and love still to give. He deserves to find a forever home where he can be loved and cared for. He came to us from a shelter. He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee is $100. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
