This is Shelly! She is a 12 month old Black Labrador mix. She weighs about 40 pounds and could be 50 pounds when she is full grown. She is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. She is working hard on house training and is crate trainied. She is a very sweet girl that gets along with everyone but is a bit timid. She is ok with other dogs. She is a very active young girl and will need a home with daily exercise and a yard to play in. She is learning some basic commands and walks ok on a leash. She came to us from a shelter. As do all young dogs, she would benefit from attending an obedience class to help her learn basic commands, to help with house manners and general good socialization skills. She is looking for her new forever home and will make someone a great new family member. Her adoption fee is $250. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
