10 months old, believed to be a multi mix of Shepherd, Boxer and possibly some lab.
Weighs 45 pounds and could be 50 to 60 pounds when full grown.
Neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on puppy vaccinations.
He knows several basic commands and is eager to please.
House trained and not very fond of a crate. He has some seperation anxiety when crated and he he becomes stressed. He does not need to be crated as he isn't destructive when left home alone especially if he has a companion dog.
Diesel is a very sweet and friendly guy. He is good with people and children and other dogs. He is afraid of the cat.
He will need a home with a yard and daily exercise. He loves to play with other dogs and has lots of energy to burn. He would do best with a home with a dog of his size or bigger than can take some romping!
As do all young dogs, he would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, good household behaviour and overall socialization.
The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
