Weighs 14 pounds and is full grown. Is a bit overweight. He is now on special food for health and weight management. Perfect Paws will supply his adopter with his special food IF WE HAVE IT AVAILABLE.
He is neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations.
He is house and crate trained.
Spade is a sweet guy and does like attention and cuddle time. He does have some energy and likes to run and play.
He is good with people and other dogs but would do best in a home as the only pet as he does have some resource guarding. He doesn't like to share food, toys or his affection time with another pup.
He will bond with his owner and be protective of him/her or so he would do best in a home with only 1 person or with equal caregivers. He is looking for his forever home.
The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
