This is Gus! Gus is a three year old Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu Mix. He is very loving, loves attention but does not like young children as they make him fearful. Gus will only be approved to a home with older or no children. Gus is also afraid of men. We feel he was treated very badley by a man at some point in his life. Gus is causious of big dogs, but warms up to them. He is fine with smaller dogs and cats. Gus enjoys walks (fabulous on a leash), sitting on your lap, and sleeping next to you in bed. He is doing great on house training and will whine and go to the door when he needs out. Gus will need periodic grooming, as his hair will grow long. Gus needs supervision even in a fenced yard, as he can figure out how to get loose. If you are looking for a sweet, relaxed, lap dog...this is your little man!
The adoption fee is $200.00. This fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery. Current DHLPP, Kennel Cough, and Rabies (if old enough) vaccinations. Heartworm test (if old enough), heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention treatment, and de-worming treatment. Gus will go home with a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD and her vaccination record.
