* This is Gus! * He is believed to be an almost 4 year old Miniature Poodle. * Adoption fee is $400. * He weighs about 15 pounds and is full grown. * He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He will go home with a micro-chip. * He is house trained and is not crated. * He is good with people but like many small breed dogs, we recommend a home with children 10 and over. We do not believe that he has been around small children much and withdraws. * He seems to prefer women. He is a ladies man. * He is ok with other dogs of his size but is very timid with larger dogs. * He likes attention, hugs and snuggling. * He walks well on a leash. * Like all young pups, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, learning household manners and for over all socialization. * He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
