Hazel is believed to be a 9 week old mix of Springer Spaniel, Pit Bull and perhaps something else. She came to us with her 7 litter mates and her mother who is a 40 pound Springer and Pit mix.
She weighs 8 pounds and could be 50 - 60 pounds when full grown.
She will be spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on puppy vaccinations. She has been dewormed.
She is working on house and crate training.
She is good with people, children and other dogs.
She will be an active puppy and will require a yard and daily exercise to expend her energy.
She would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help her with basic commands, good household manners and overall socialization.
She will make someone a wonderful companion and is looking for a forever home.
The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
