Piston is believed to be a 4 year old Havanese and Poodle mix.
He came to us from a home breeding operation that was closing.
He weighs 12 pounds and is full grown.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and current on flea/;tick and heartworm preventative. He also just had his teeth cleaned.
He is house trained and is crate trained.
He is an active pup and will need a yard and daily play time to expend his energy. He is enjoying being in a foster home with lots of attention and playtime. He follows his foster Mom everywhere. Is happy to sit on your lap and he is quickly learning what it is like to be a pet.
He knows some basic commands, come, sit and stay.
He is good with people, children and with other dogs.
He would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, good household manners and overall socialization.
He will make someone a wonderful companion and is looking for a forever home.
The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
