* He is a believed to be an almost 6 month old Miniature Poodle.  
* Ernie weighs about 6 pounds and could be 18 pounds when full grown.
* He is neutered, micro chipped and up to date on vaccinations.  He has been started on flea/tick and heartworm perventative.  
* He is house trained is crate trained. 
* He does well with people, children and other dogs. 
* He will need daily exercise to expend his energy and chew toys for his sharp little teeth.  He loves to zoom around the house but also likes to sit on your lap and cuddle.
* Like any puppy, Ernie will benefit greatly from obedience class to learn how to be a good canine citizen, household manners and overall socialization. 
* He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member.  

* The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
