* His adoption fee is $450.
* He is a believed to be an 8 month old Havanese.  
* Copper weighs about 9 pounds and could be approximately 18 - 20 pounds when full grown.
* Copper came to us from a breeder where he was released from the breeding program. He is a bit shy and will need lots of socialization. He will also require patience and love. 
* He is micro chipped and up to date on vaccinations.  He has not been neutered yet and his adopter will need to have that done at our vet and expense in a few months when he is physically ready.  He has been started on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  
* He is house trained and is crate trained. 
* He does well with people once he trusts them.  He would do best in a home with older children and/or with a companion dog friend.   
* He is playful and will need a fenced yard and daily exercise to expend his energy.  He loves to be outside and walks well on a leash.  
* Like any new puppy, Copper will benefit greatly from obedience classes to learn how to be a good canine citizen, house manners and overall socialization.
* He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member.  

* The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
