This is Gavin! This cute little guy weighs in at a whole 5 lbs. He is, at best guess a Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell mix. Gavin was turned over to a high kill shelter with his brothers and sisters. Gavin is small, but he has a loving heart the size of a Great Dane! If you cuddle him close he will snuggle in and go to sleep. Gavin loves to play with his siblings as well as with toys. Gavin is working on potty training and will need continued work on house breaking. He will make a perfect lap dog for someone. Because of his size, Gavin will only be approved for adopters with children 8yrs and older. Gavin is fearful of anything bigger than him, so he will need time to adjust to other dogs and cats, but he has been introduced to them. If you are interested in this little boy, please apply. The adoption fee is $300.00. This fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery. Current DHLPP, Kennel Cough, and Rabies (if old enough) vaccinations. Heartworm test (if old enough), heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention treatment, and de-worming treatment. He will go home with a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD and vaccination record.
