Meet Sugar!! She is a beautiful Blue Heeler/Black Lab mix who is just 1 1/2 years old.  Sugar came to us from a shelter where she was turned by her owners. Sugar weighs about 40 pounds and she will not get any bigger. Sugar is very, very friendly, sweet and loves attention. She loves to play and run. Sugar will benefit greatly from obedience training. She is completely house and crate trained. She gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids. She walks very well on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. Sugar will require daily walks or exercise to expend some of her energy as she is still a very young dog herself. She will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
