Meet Levi! He is a 1 year old Toy Fox Terrier/Rat Terrier mix. Levi weighs about 12 pounds. He is an incredibly sweet, loving dog who is not demanding at all. He loves to be held and enjoys snuggling. Levi is a wonderful boy but has the high energy level very common in the terrier breeds! He is friendly, and loves attention. Levi would benefit greatly from obedience training for both the socialization and the training. He is completely house and crate trained. Levi gets along great with other dogs, cats and older kids. He walks well on a leash will require daily walks or exercise to expend some of his energy. He will make some family a great little furry member!! Due to his high energy level, he will need to go to a home with older children, over the age of 8 years. Typically, small breed dogs and small children are not a good match. The adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
