Meet Lexi!! She is a beautiful German Shepherd mix. Lexie is about 1 1/2 years old and is the mother to the 7 puppies we also have. Lexie weighs about 65 pounds. Lexie came to our rescue from a local shelter very pregnant and ready to give birth to her puppies soon. Lexie gave birth to 7 beautiful, very healthy puppies. She will benefit greatly from obedience training and socialization. She is working hard on house and crate training. Lexie is very loving toward kids. She is learning to walk on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. Lexie will require daily walks or exercise to expend some of her energy. She will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $150.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
