Meet Cokie!! He is a beautiful 2 year old Chihuahua. Cokie is not a real confident dog. He is shy but is beginning to come out of his shell with his foster family. He currently weighs about 10 pounds and is full grown. Cokie came to our rescue from a shelter where he was surrendered by his owner. Cokie is very sweet and wants to give kisses all day long! He also loves to be held. He is very lovable and enjoys people. Cokie gets along with other dogs, cats and kids. Cokie is house and crate trained. Cokie is very smart and learns very quickly!! Cokie will need to go to a home with children who are a bit older, 8 years or older. As a rule, small dogs typically do not do well with younger children. The adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
