Meet Sasha!! She is stunning! We believe she is possibly a Golden Retreiver/Mastiff mix puppy. She currently weighs about 65 pounds and is going to be a large dog. Full grown, Sasha very well may tip the scale at 80 pounds. Sasha came into our rescue from a local shelter where she was surrendered by her owner. Sasha is exceptionally sweet, smart, and very eager to please. She has had very little structure and needs to learn to be a good family member. Sasha will take a very loving, patient home who understands she is a large puppy. She may look full grown, but she is still a baby. Sasha will greatly benefit from obedience training. She needs to learn boundaries, rules and limitations. She is VERY affectionate and loves attention. Sasha is excellent with cats. She gets along great with other dogs, but she can be bit pushy with some other dogs. Sasha LOVES everyone, including children. We have had Sasha spayed, heartworm tested, given all of her vaccinations including DHLPP and Bordetella, rabies, and have started her on heartworm/flea and tick prevention. She is completely house and crate trained. Due to her extremely large size, Sasha can only go to a home with children 10 and older. She will make some family a great furry family member!! The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
