Meet Lorrie!! She is a beautiful two year old Shih-Tzu mix! She currently weighs about 12 pounds and is full grown. Lorrie came to our rescue from a shelter where she was surrendered by her owner. Lorrie is very sweet and wants to give kisses all day long! She also loves to be held. She is very lovable and enjoys people. Lorrie gets along with other dogs, cats and kids. Lorrie is house and crate trained. Lorrie is very smart and learns very quickly!! Lorrie will need to go to a home with children who are a bit older, 8 years or older. As a rule, small dogs typically do not do well with younger children. The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
