Meet Bosley!!  He is a stunning purebred, 18 month old Blue Merle Great Dane. Bosley is on the thin side and needs to put on weight. Bosley came into our rescue as an owner surrender. Bosley is exceptionally sweet, smart, and very eager to please. He is very well mannered boy.  He will sit, shake and walks well on a leash. Bosley will take a very loving, patient home and will greatly benefit from obedience training. Bosley will only be adopted to someone who has previously owned a Great Dane, presently owns a Great Dane, or has verifiable experience with Great Danes. Bosley is VERY affectionate and loves attention. He has the very typical dane lean. Bosley is excellent with cats. He is does well with other dogs but has shown dominance issues with other male danes.  This behavior should improve with training.  Bosley LOVES everyone, including children. Altough like all Danes, Bosley has no idea how big he is. We have had Bosley neutered, heartworm tested, given all of him vaccinations including DHLPP and Bordetella, rabies, and have started her on heartworm/flea and tick prevention. He is completely house and crate trained.  Due to his extremely large size, Bosley can only go to a home with children 10 and older.  He will make some family a great furry family member!!  The adoption fee is $300.00.  The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.  He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
