Meet Gus!!  He is a very handsome 4 year old Americn Bulldog mix. Gus weighs about 30 pounds. He came into our rescue from a local shelter when his owner could no longer care for him.  Gus has some skin issues that are believed to be due to a flea allergy.  He has been treated for the fleas,is now flea free and we are now working on the treatment of his irritated skin and hair loss.  Unfortunately his original family did not address and treat this problem. He is improving everyday.  Gus LOVES people, kids and other dogs. He is incredibly sweet, polite, quiet, completely house trained and crate trained. Gus will be totally devoted to his new family and love them forever!!   The adoption fee is $150.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
