Meet Carley!!! She is a purebred, registered Border Collie. Carley is just 6 months old and is a wonderful dog. She came to our rescue as an owner surrender. Carley is very typical of a Border Collie, she has lots of energy to run and play. She is incredibly smart and learns things very quickly. She loves to play ball and fetch all day long. Carley does require daily exercise to expend some of her Border Collie energy. Just look at her sweet face! Carley is completely house and crate trained. She walks fairly well on a leash but needs some additional work. Her excitement gets the better of her and she tends to pull. Carley gets along well with other dogs and adores kids of all ages. As a Border Collie and a puppy, Carley will REQUIRE obedience training for both the training and the socialization. The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, tag, training DVD, and vaccination record.
