Meet Carrot! She is believed to be a Golden Retriever mix and is three years old. Carrot was adopted as a puppy from the shelter and returned there when her adopter no longer wanted her. A very kind young man who knew Carrot from her puppyhood rescued her from the shelter and certain death. Carrot would do best in a home with older children, does fine with other dogs and cats. She is house broken as well as crate trained. Carrot loves to play and be close to her people. She is very eager to please and already has some basic obedience down pat. The adoption fee is $200.00. This fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery; current DHLPP, Kennel Cough, and Rabies (if old enough) vaccinations; Heartworm test (if old enough); heartworm prevention; flea/tick prevention treatment; and de-worming treatment. She will go home with a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, and vaccination record. If you would like to adopt this very special K-9 kid, please go to our website at www.perfectpawspetrescue.org to complete and submit the adoption application.
