Meet Mocha!! She is a very sweet believed to be pure bred chocolate lab that is about 10 months old. She came to our rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. Mocha currently weighs about 70 pounds and is full grown. This is what her foster mom says about her "Would do best in a home with older children and no other pets. Another dog might be ok but would definitely need to meet before adoption. Mocha loves to play fetch and is quite acrobatic when it comes to catching and jumping for toys. She will follow you around outside and is very curious about everything. She is crate trained and actually is very fond of her crate and will lay in it whenever she is resting when she is inside if you leave the door to it open. I have never seen her get on the furniture or have any desire to". Mocha is house trained. She will make some family a great furry family member!! The adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
