Labrador Retriever / Hound / Mixed (short coat) : : Female (not spayed) : : Baby : : Large Learn more about the Labrador Retriever.
Meet Gemma! Gemma is believed to be a Lab/Hound mix. She is 9 weeks old. She currently weighs about 10 pounds and could be 55-60 pounds when full grown. Gemma is one of 6 puppies in her litter that was rescued from a local shelter. She is all puppy and loves other dogs, puppies, kids and people. Gemma would benefit from a dog obedience class to continue learning proper boundaries. Due to her being a puppy, she has sharp puppy teeth and care will need to be taken if she is adopted into a family with younger children. She is working on crate house training! The adoption fee is $200. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
