Meet Delia! This little girl is believed to be a Jack Russel Terrier mix. She is around 1.5 years old and tops the scales at 15 pounds. Delia is considered full grown. She is house and crate trained. She is a shy girl who appears to be not treated very well in the past. Delia will warm up, learn to trust and bond very closesly to her famiy. This will will take a few days to a week but once the bond occurs, Delia is you snuggle bunny, lap dog. She will sleep in bed with you and keep you warm on cold winter nights, she will greet you at the door not caring what kind of day you have, she will be on your lap the second you sit down to share her love and console you for whatever you need. Delia was probably mistreated and is learning to trust people again. She just wants a home to love her unconditionally. Her adoption fee is $100. She is already spayed and up to date on shots and has a microchip. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
