Meet Charlie! He is a 3-year-old AKC registered Bichon Frise. Charlie's owner sadly had to surrender him as she is moving into an assisted living facility. Charlie is a special boy. He is a very happy, healthy, and spoiled baby. He is house trained and crate trained. Charlie gets along great with other dogs, older children, and we don't know about cats. We promised Charlie's owner we would find him the perfect home and we intend to keep that promise to her. Charlie's adoption fee is $350.00. This fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery; current DHLPP, Kennel Cough, and Rabies (if old enough) vaccinations; heartworm test (if old enough), heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention treatment, and de-worming treatment. We also promised Charlie's owner he would go home with all his belongings. This list is long: his crate, bed, a basket full of toys, shampoo, treats, collar, leashes, ID tag, training DVD, and 3 years of veterinary records. Charlie did suffer an injury to his back left leg when he jumped off the couch a few weeks ago. His owner took him to the vet and the report was he will recover fully in time. He has limped on it a couple times since being in his foster home but appears to be getting better every day.
