Meet Carver!! He is believed to be a Shepherd/Lab mix. Carver is estimated by the vet to be about 8 months old and weighs about 50 pounds. He came to us from a local shelter where he was surrendered to his owner. He is very sweet and enjoys being with people. He is learning to walk well on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. Carver is house and crate trained, though he prefers to not be in the crate. Carver is a typical big puppy and so care would need to be taken if adopted to someone with children, older children would be best. He will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
