Meet Colt! He is believed to be a Boxer mix estimated by the vet to be around 2-3 months old. Colt came to our rescue from a local shelter where his owner simply dropped him off. He is very sweet and full of energy - ready to play!! Colt is working on house training and is crate trained. He does well with adults, children and other dogs. Colt is learning to walk nicely on a leash but continued work is needed. We always suggest attending obedience training, as it helps to lay a healthy foundation for boundaries and communication in the home with your new furry family member. He will make someone a great active small furry family member! His adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
