Meet Diesel! He is a stunning purebred German Shepherd that came to our rescue from a local shelter. Diesel is very leary of new things and it takes him a bit to warm up but once his trust is earned, he is a love bug and a playful boy. He is absolutely gorgeous, very sweet, full of energy and ready to play!! Do to his very large size, Diesel will do best in a home with older children. Young children will easily be knocked done unintentionaly by a dog as large as Diesel. He is completely house and crate trained. As with all dogs, Diesel will benefit greatly from attending obedience training for both good socialization and to begin establishing much needed rules, boundaries, and limitations in the home. He will make someone a great but active furry family member! His adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
