Meet Yen! He is believed to be a Yellow Lab mix but there is absolutely no way to know for certain. Yen is estimated by the vet to be about 2 1/2 years old and weighs about 50 pounds. He came to our rescue when his owner could no longer care for him. He is very sweet and enjoys being with people. Yen does great with other dogs. He is learning to walk well on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. He is house and crate trained. Yen will benefit greatly from obedience training to establish much needed rules, boundaries, and limitations at home it will also help make him a better family member. He will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
