Meet Tess! She is believed to be a Golden Retriever mix but there is no way to absolutely know for sure! Tess is estimated by the vet to be about 1 year old and weighs about 35 pounds. She came to us from a local shelter where she was dropped off. She is very happy dog and super excited to see her human! Tess is goreous and very smart. She knows sit, down, come, stay and shake! She is learning to walk well on a leash and is doing a great job with not pulling. She is house and crate trained. She does well getting a bath and being brushed. Tess loves to play fetch with a ball outside. Tess sleeps in a dog bed at night and does not get on the furniture. She will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
