This sweet little girl is Amelia. She is believed to be a pure bred German Shepherd. She is about 14 pounds and is 8 weeks old and could be 70 - 80lbs. when full grown. She came to us from the local shelter where she was dropped off by her owner. She is working on crate training and house training. She is absolutely adorable, very sweet, full of energy and ready to play!! As with all puppies, Amelia has very sharp, needle like teeth that find little things very fun to nibble on. As with all young dogs, Amelia will benefit greatly from attending dog training for both good socialization and to begin establishing needed rules, boundaries, and limitations in the home. She will make someone a great but active family member! Her adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
