Basset Hound (short coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Baby : : Large Learn more about the Basset Hound.
This is Buster the Basset hound. He is about 30 pounds and is 4 months old. He could be about 65 pounds when full grown. He came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He is looking for a forever home. He is neutered, micro chipped, and current on puppy shots. Buster is crate trained and working on his house training skills. He is absolutely adorable. As with all puppies, Buster has very sharp, needle like teeth that find little things very fun to nibble on. He would benefit greatly from attending dog training for both good socialization and to begin establishing needed rules, boundaries, and limitations in the home. He will make someone a great but active family member! His adoption fee is $350. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record. If you would like to adopt this very special K-9 kid, please go DIRECTLY to our website to complete our convenient Online Adoption Form.
