This is Cooper! He is a 2 year old Golden Retriever/Poodle mix that weighs 72 pounds. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is house trained and does not require a crate. He does a little verbal complaining when left, but settles down within minutes. He gets along great with other dogs, cats and children. He is used to getting a couple of walks a day and still has lots of energy to play. He will do best with a family with a yard and time to exercise him. He especially likes balls and squeak toys. Cooper will require routine trips to a groomer. He will make someone a wonderful companion. He came to us when his owner could no longer care for him and he is now looking for his forever home. His adoption fee is $350. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
