This little girl is so sweet that we have named her Sugar! She is a 1 year old Sheltie mix that weighs about 28 pounds. She is full grown but a little thin. She is spayed, micro chipped and up to date on vaccinations. She gets along with other dogs and loves people. Sugar came from a horrible place where she was used as a bait dog. She has a few scares from bites but no serious injuries. Despite this start in life, she is a very sweet and loving girl. She is working on house training. She deserves a new start in a forever family home where she will make someone a great new family member. She, as with all young dogs, would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help her with socialization and good house manners. Her adoption fee is $200. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
