This handsome boy is Buster! He is about 8 months old and is a Pit Bull mix that weighs about 45 pounds. He could be around 60 pounds when full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. Buster came to us a couple months ago from the local shelter. He was dropped off there with a severly mangled rear leg which had to be amputated. He is adapting well and we are working with him to build strength in his remaining rear leg. He doesn't know he is handicapped! He is working on house and crate training. Buster would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help him with socialization and the establishment of house rules. He will make someone a great new speciall family member! His adoption fee is $200. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
