This little fella is Skippy! He is a 5 year old believed to be Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix that weighs 6 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. He is house trained and does not require being in a crate. He is very laid back and would do best in a quiet home. Children make Skippy nervous and he would do best in a home without small children. He came to us when his owner could no longer care for him and he is not used to being around small children. Skippy had a dental last March with blood work. He is good with other dogs. He will make someone a great new family member and lap companion. His adoption fee is $150. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
